- Experience recruiting for US law firms and legal staffing.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Recruit Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and other legal professionals.
- Good understanding of US legal practice areas and terminology.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
