Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, tax terms, and various sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills,



communication skills, work authorization, and overall fit.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track candidate progress and update ATS/CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, visa policies, and staffing practices.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations.
- Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Hands-on experience with job portals , ATS and CRM tools.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
