Job Summary: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills, along with knowledge of US hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Recruit IT professionals for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Work with hiring managers and vendors to understand job requirements.
- Negotiate rates, manage submissions, and maintain candidate databases.

Required Skills:





- Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Knowledge of US work authorization, hiring terms, and employment types.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Ability to work in US time zones as required.
