Virtual Admins is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support a US-based dental practice. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), solid English communication skills, and the ability to handle insurance verification and claims follow-up.

- Shift: 8:30 PM–5:30 AM IST
- Free Cab facility provided

Key responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Contact US insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits.
- Verify coverage details, deductibles, copayments, annual maximums, and applicable limitations.
- Follow up on pending, delayed, or denied insurance claims through phone calls, web portals, and fax.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance verification and claim follow-ups.
- Update patient and insurance information using practice management software.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and internal teams.

Required qualifications





- Prior experience in US healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) is mandatory.
- Good understanding of healthcare billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience with insurance eligibility and benefits verification and claims follow-up
- Ability to communicate confidently with US insurance representatives.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mohali during the US night shift.
