Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with 24 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience marketing bench consultants, sourcing C2C contract requirements, coordinating with vendors and clients, and negotiating contract rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, H4 EAD and other work authorization statuses to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners and direct clients.
- Source contract requirements through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
- Submit consultant profiles against suitable requirements and follow up with vendors and clients.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between consultants, vendors and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, placements and project end dates.




- Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports using ATS, CRM or Excel.
- Ensure timely placement of consultants while meeting monthly revenue and placement targets.

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Work Location: Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Interview Process: Two rounds, both conducted via Zoom.
