Job Overview:

Logistics Shakti Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to support business development, sponsorship acquisition and industry engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, robust communication and convincing skills, and the ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert potential clients into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads from prospective sponsors and corporate clients.
- Contact potential sponsors through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.




- Support sponsorship sales for industry events, summits and related initiatives.
- Present sponsorship and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
- Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines and regular sales progress reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.

Candidate Requirements:

- Female candidates with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales or Sponsorship Sales preferred.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with corporate decision-makers.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and sales tracking.
- Must have a personal laptop for work.
