- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Showcase gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery collections as per customer needs.
- Explain product designs, quality, pricing, making charges, and other relevant details.
- Handle customer queries and support purchase decisions professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
- Maintain jewellery displays, product presentation, and showroom cleanliness.
- Manage billing, sales records, and customer information accurately.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and stock.
- Follow showroom policies and maintain proper handling and security of jewellery.
Preferred candidate profile
- 15 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales, preferably in a jewellery showroom.
- Good communication, customer handling, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of gold, silver, diamond jewellery, purity, designs, and pricing will be preferred.
- Presentable personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work as part of a team.
