Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote jewellery products and collections.

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through online and offline channels.

- Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.

- Support social media marketing and local advertising activities.

- Build relationships with customers and assist the sales team in generating business.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and jewellery trends.

- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve marketing and business targets.

- Maintain customer databases and prepare marketing activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- 14 years of experience in marketing, preferably in jewellery, retail, fashion, or lifestyle businesses.

- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and local promotional activities preferred.

- Ability to generate leads, understand customer needs, and support sales growth.

- Proactive approach with positive organizational and interpersonal skills.
