We are seeking a Data Analyst for one of our clients. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location. You will be responsible for gathering, examining, and interpreting data to generate valuable insights that support informed business decisions. Role and Responsibilities:

- Gather, clean, and structure data collected from various sources.

- Examine datasets to discover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.

- Develop and improve SQL queries for efficient data extraction and analysis.

- Design, update, and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other comparable platforms.

- Prepare charts, graphs, and visual reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide periodic reports on business performance.

- Assist business teams with data-related queries, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

- Maintain the reliability, accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used in reports.

- Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams through digital collaboration platforms.

- Maintain documentation covering data workflows, business definitions, and reporting guidelines.

- For experienced candidates: Guide junior team members and manage reporting projects independently from initiation to completion.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Freshers: Fundamental understanding of SQL, Excel, and data visualization. Academic projects or internship experience will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience: Practical exposure to data analysis, report preparation, and dashboard development.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for retrieving, querying, and examining data.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.

- Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Basic understanding of Python or R for performing data analysis tasks.

- Sound knowledge of statistical concepts and the ability to interpret data accurately.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings in a simple and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.

- Willingness to participate in virtual meetings and use online tools for team collaboration.

- Access to a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection for work from home.

Pay: ₹306,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
