Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver professional company presentations, business proposals, and commercial offers.
- Excellent knowledge of email drafting, proposal preparation, and client communication.
- Strong industry awareness and understanding of the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Labour Contract, Contract Staffing, NAPS & NATS Apprenticeship Schemes.
- Identify current business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.




- Manage client meetings, business development activities, and follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel across India for business development and client meetings.

Work Profile
- 70% Field Work: Client visits, meetings, presentations, and business development.
- 30% Office Work: Proposal preparation, email communication, reporting, and business planning.
