We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Engineer to drive test strategy, automation, and quality assurance across software applications, APIs, and distributed systems, ensuring reliable and high-quality software delivery.

Work Location: Noida, Sector 60

Work Mode: Work from Office Only

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Cab Facility: Not Available

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

- Define test strategies and plans for functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
- Perform testing of web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Design and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote shift-left testing practices.
- Validate performance, scalability, reliability, and data integrity.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Improve QA processes, test coverage,



and overall software delivery quality.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, software testing, and test strategy.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API testing tools.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL databases, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
- Familiarity with Jira, defect tracking, and CI/CD integration.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Performance and load testing tools.
- Cloud-based and containerized environments.
- Monitoring tools and event-driven architecture.

Experience: 7+ years in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Software Testing.
