We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in digital advertising and campaign optimization to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement campaign optimization strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
- Manage conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.




- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

- 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Robust knowledge of paid advertising platforms and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign tracking, and data-driven optimization.
- B2B SaaS marketing and LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.
