- Lead and manage the overall trusteeship business, including strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth.
- Oversee regulatory fillings, auditing, inspection, and reporting.
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, issuers, and regulators
Skills Required
- Solid expertise in debentures and security trusteeship.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and Companies Act provisions.
- Understanding of structured finance and debt capital markets.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
- Having leadership skills, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
