Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- Experience in preschool, daycare, education, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, attendance software).
- Passion for working with children and families.

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and child-centric qualified to manage the overall operations of the daycare center. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the center,



maintain high standards of child care, lead the team, build strong parent relationships, and achieve enrolment and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the daycare center.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards for children.
- Supervise and guide teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
- Conduct parent meetings, address concerns, and maintain excellent parent relations.
- Handle admissions, inquiries, center tours, and conversion of walk-ins. • Monitor attendance, staff schedules, and center documentation.
- Plan and coordinate center activities, events, and celebrations.
- Maintain records related to children, staff, and center operations.
- Ensure implementation of curriculum and childcare policies.
- Coordinate with management for reports, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Drive enrollment, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
