Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Delhi (Connaught Place)

Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Perform complete SEO from scratch, including keyword search, content planning, on page SEO, off page SEO, technical SEO & keyword rankings
2. Review website content. Write & optimize content & blogs for search engine ranking
3. Implement technical SEO best practices including site speed optimization, indexing, schema, mobile optimization etc
4. Collaborate with design & content team to ensure ad creatives as per brand guidelines & compliance
5. Build backlinks, citations, improve domain strength and rank keywords for the best visibility on Google search
6. Track & analyze SEO performance using various tools for proactive action
7. Working on ASO (App store optimization) to improve apps visibility, installs, and conversion on app stores like Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
8. Manage Social media accounts including content planning, posting,



& scheduling
9. Create engaging social media content including reels, posts, carousels to increase search, engagement & organic leads
10. Run & optimize paid social media campaigns for traffic, leads, & conversions. Manage end to end lead funnels
11. Continuously analyze performance and optimize digital marketing strategies to improve visibility, traffic & lead generation
12. Define campaign goals & set budgets accordingly. Monitor Cost per lead (CPL), CTR, & conversion rates weekly. Keep track of monthly marketing expenditure & budget allocations.
13. Reports sharing with stakeholders on weekly & monthly basis
14. Handling of team with pre-defined KRAs
