We are looking for an experienced Backend Lead Developer to lead development teams and design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, and team leadership.

Work Location: Noida, Sector 60

Work Mode: Work from Office Only

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM 3 AM)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Cab Facility: Not Available

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Drive microservices architecture, API development, and application modernization.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, code migrations, and cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid implementations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, and project planning.

Required Skills:





- 10+ years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Java EE, and Spring WebFlux.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and APIGEE.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ and caching technologies such as Redis, Memcached, or Hazelcast.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of React or similar front-end frameworks.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews, system design, and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Experience: 10+ years in Java Development, including technical leadership experience.
