We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager (Collection Specialist) to manage end-to-end medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle activities for our UK healthcare clients. The role combines accurate invoicing, proactive debt recovery, and patient/insurer communication, with strict adherence to UK healthcare billing.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and patient queries
- Provide customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and queries professionally.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and benefits.
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
- Analyze and resolve complex insurance-related issues.
- Generate & Send accurate invoice to patients , insurance companies.




- Identify & resolve billing discrepencies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in medical billing, RCM, or collections for international (preferably UK) healthcare clients preferred.
- Solid communication skills (voice inbound/outbound and emails).
- Comfortable working in UK shift hours.
- Minimum 1+ year of international collections experience (US, UK) is required
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
