Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering core cybersecurity concepts, best practices, and tools for corporate and institutional learners. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navsari and involves preparing training materials, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments aligned with current industry standards. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs, mentor participants, and support them in building practical skills and certifications.

Responsibilities include updating course content to reflect emerging threats and technologies,



collaborating with internal teams to tailor programs for client needs, and providing feedback on learner performance and progress. The role may also involve contributing to curriculum development, participating in corporate engagements, and representing CertED Technologies in professional events or seminars.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance principles.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security and Application Security, with experience in securing infrastructure, applications, and web services.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response techniques.
- Candidates should have experience designing and delivering technical training, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and structured manner.
- Candidates should have familiarity with common security tools and platforms (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability scanners) and current cyber threat landscapes.
- Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills, classroom management abilities, and a learner-centric approach.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP) are an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Navsari, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and keeping training content up to date with evolving industry practices.
