IosAndWeb Technologies is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can generate qualified leads, win IT projects, and drive business growth through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven professional with a proven ability to write winning proposals, communicate with international clients, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

Candidates with a successful track record of winning Upwork projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write personalized, client-focused proposals that generate responses and secure projects.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and follow up consistently.
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve business development targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimates and proposals.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, client communication, and project conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and explore repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding or IT business development.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert bids into projects.
- Strong written English, client communication,



negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, profile optimization, and lead generation.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and close deals.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
