About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support / Patient Calling professionals for a leading healthcare and hospital group in India with international operations across the US and UK.

The ideal candidate should have experience in UK voice processes or healthcare customer support/patient calling and be comfortable communicating with international patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based patients/customers.

Assist patients with queries related to appointments, services, and general healthcare information.

Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.

Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer/patient experience.

Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve queries within defined timelines.





Maintain accurate records of patient/customer interactions in the system.

Coordinate with internal healthcare and support teams whenever required.

Follow established call handling, quality, compliance, and data privacy guidelines.

- Meet defined KPIs related to call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service levels.

1. Candidates with experience in Healthcare Customer Support, Patient Calling, Hospital BPO, Medical Services, or Healthcare Operations will be preferred.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
3. Comfortable interacting with UK-based customers/patients.
4. Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
6. Candidates should be comfortable working in evening and late-evening shifts.

Shift Timings: The role will involve rotational shifts across the following schedules:

2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Note: Shifts are rotational and may be assigned based on business requirements
