Job Title: UI/UX Architect

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10+ years (including 5+ years leading enterprise design systems)

We’re hiring a UI/UX Architect for our client, a retail software company.

As the UI/UX Architect, your responsibilities would be:

- Leading the experience foundation of Ginesys's 24-month platform transformation, rebuilding a legacy retail ERP into a multi-tenant microservice architecture across 14 bounded contexts.
- To bring a robust blend of design architecture, cross-team influence, and production-grade craft to build reusable component libraries and foundation screens.
- To own and scale the enterprise design system, reusable UI foundation layer, design token pipelines, and UX governance across all product teams.
- Play a key strategic role in designing specialized retail workflows, including fast POS counter checkout, data-dense ERP power-user screens, warehouse applications, and AI-assisted retail operations.

Requirements:
- 10+ years in UI/UX design and architecture, with at least 5 years leading enterprise design systems across multiple product teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling an enterprise design system and coded component library from scratch.
- Strong front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React/Angular)



and design tooling expertise (Figma, Storybook, token pipelines) to partner credibly with engineering.
- Deep expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), interaction pattern architecture, and cross-team UX governance quality gates.
- Domain experience in retail, e-commerce, or enterprise ERP, with proven skill in designing data-dense workflows and offline-first POS applications. Strong research practice across user interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and usage analytics to validate design decisions before scaling.
