We specialize in holiday planning, honeymoon packages, group tours, family vacations, corporate travel, hotel bookings, flight tickets, visa assistance, and sightseeing arrangements.

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Candidates should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and package proposals.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, hotel options, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and visa requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports in the CRM.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience in travel sales, holiday packages,



or the tourism industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic or international destinations and travel packages.
- Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
