Sky Eagle Trip Pvt. Ltd. is an established travel company with 7+ years of experience in domestic and international holiday packages, customized tours, flights, hotels, visas and end-to-end travel solutions. We are hiring an experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our B2C sales team.

Job Summary

- As a Travel Sales Executive, you will convert B2C enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals into confirmed holiday bookings. You will design customized itineraries, prepare quotations and build long-term customer relationships.

Job Details:

- Location: 401, PV Enclave, Sindhu Bhavan Marg, near Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059
- Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Salary: ₹ 18,000 - ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Handle B2C travel enquiries and leads via calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals
- Understand customer requirements (budget, dates, travellers, interests) and create customized travel packages and itineraries
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and visa services
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers and the internal operations team
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, airline policies and seasonal offers
- Record leads, quotations and bookings in CRM / Excel

Required Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales / holiday package sales at a travel agency, tour operator, OTA or DMC




- Experience preparing customized itineraries and quotations for domestic and international packages
- Working knowledge of flight and hotel booking processes, visa and travel documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets and performance-based incentives
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and CRM or lead-tracking tools

Note: This Travel Sales Executive role requires prior travel industry experience. Freshers and candidates from non-travel backgrounds are requested not to apply.

Preferred:

- Gujarati language skills
- Experience with online booking portals
- Knowledge of popular international destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Europe, Japan and Azerbaijan and Domestic Destinations
