Edumiles Travels LLP is looking for an experienced and target-orientated business development executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and increase sales in the tour and travel industry.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a basic understanding of travel products, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
· Handle travel-related leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Convert leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
· Provide information regarding destinations, itineraries, pricing, DMCs, and travel arrangements.
· Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
· Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
· Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
· Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
· Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tour & travel industry.
· Basic knowledge of tour packages, destinations, DMCs, and travel arrangements.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
· Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
· Target-orientated with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
· Valuable interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
· Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and sales tools.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
