Salary Range: 25000 to 45000 depending on skillset and experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings, reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and related customer queries.
- Use Amadeus GDS for travel-related transactions and booking management.
- Audit calls, emails, and travel transactions to ensure quality and process compliance.
- Identify errors, provide feedback, and suggest improvements in service quality.
- Maintain accuracy in bookings and follow airline and process guidelines.
- Prepare quality reports and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Experience in travel consulting, ticketing, reservations, or travel quality auditing.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Timings
- Boys: 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Girls: Shift window between 7 AM and 9 PM.
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs per week.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
