Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

a. Support consulting projects in the Transportation & Logistics (T&L;) and supply chain sectors from inception to completion. b. Support project scoping, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. The candidate should be hands-on to ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards expected of an experienced consultant.

c. Present and position work plans, deliverables, findings, and recommendations to clients.

d. Support and drive improvements in operational efficiencies, logistics management, and cost reduction for clients.

e. Debtor management may also be a part of the role from time to time.

1. Client Engagement

a. Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, including government bodies, private sector companies, assignment partners, and industry stakeholders. b. Identify client needs and present tailored solutions in transport infrastructure (ports, inland waterways, railways, aviation, etc.), multi-modal logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing.

c. Support and manage client communications, reporting,



and presentations at all stages of the project lifecycle.

1. Business Development

a. Identify, pursue, and support new business opportunities within the T&L; industry, responding to RFPs/EOIs and preparing proposals for clients. b. Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to scan the market for trends, potential projects, and networking opportunities to drive revenue growth.

c. Support client pitches and proposal development for consulting projects across various T&L; and supply chain subsectors.

1. Sector Expertise & Thought Leadership

a. Stay updated on trends and innovations in T&L; and supply chain subsectors, contributing to industry white papers, webinars, publications, and presentations. b. Develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multi-modal logistics, transport infrastructure, and emerging technologies within the T&L; and supply chain subsectors. Provide sector-specific insights and opinions when required.

c. Build a personal and organisational brand as a leading force in the T&L; sector.
