About NEXINVEN

NEXINVEN is looking for experienced manufacturing entrepreneurs, factory owners, and industry professionals to train and mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners through practical, industry-oriented learning.

Our focus is to help learners understand how to establish, manage, and grow a business through real-world knowledge, practical problem-solving, and effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Train and mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions based on programme requirements.
- Teach practical aspects of starting, setting up, and managing a manufacturing business.
- Explain factory operations, production planning, workflow management, and productivity improvement.
- Train learners in raw material planning, inventory control, procurement, and supplier management.
- Teach product costing, manufacturing expenses, pricing strategies, profit margins, and cost control.
- Explain machinery selection, production capacity, wastage reduction, and quality control.
- Help learners understand working capital, cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning for business operations.
- Guide entrepreneurs in business planning, resource allocation, operational management, and business growth.
- Explain practical challenges involved in establishing and running a manufacturing unit.
- Use real-life business examples, case studies, and practical exercises to improve learning outcomes.
- Help learners identify business problems and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor learners in making informed decisions and building sustainable businesses.

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience as a manufacturing founder, factory owner, entrepreneur, or production and operations professional.




- Practical experience in factory management, production processes, costing, and business operations.
- Knowledge of raw materials, machinery, procurement, inventory, quality control, and production planning.
- Understanding of business finance, working capital, pricing, profitability, and cost management.
- Experience in establishing, operating, or expanding a manufacturing business is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex business concepts in simple, practical language.
- Relevant professional qualifications are desirable, but practical industry experience is highly valued.

Compensation & Engagement The initial compensation will range from ₹500 to ₹1,500 per class , depending on experience, subject expertise, practical knowledge, and training capability.

The initial training commitment will be approximately two hours per week, subject to NEXINVEN’s current programme requirements.

Based on business needs, programme expansion, and continued engagement, opportunities for a more regular or fixed engagement may be considered through mutual agreement. Future fixed engagement is not guaranteed.
