We are looking for a detail-oriented Trainee Internal Auditor to conduct branch-level surveillance audits, verify store transactions, identify discrepancies, and submit detailed audit reports to the Senior Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed surveillance audits at allocated branches.
- Verify store discounts and ensure proper authorization.
- Check client outstanding balances and identify discrepancies.
- Verify delivery charges and billing accuracy.
- Audit excess stock purchases and identify irregularities.
- Verify stock shortages and related billing discrepancies.
- Identify financial irregularities, process deviations, and compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit audit reports with supporting evidence to the Senior Auditor.
- Coordinate with branch teams for audit verification and clarification.
- Travel to allocated branches as required.
Requirements
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA Finance or a related qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, inventory, and Excel.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
