About the Role-

Monte Carlo Fashions Limited is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join its Sales & Marketing team as Backend Sales & Marketing Trainee. The role involves sales data management, reporting, coordination with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day sales and marketing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in sales operations, data analysis, and marketing coordination, with the possibility of confirmation as a permanent employee based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Data Management: Collect, maintain, and analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare sales performance reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Marketing Support: Assist in coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Order & Delivery Tracking: Support order processing, delivery tracking,



and resolution of distributor-related queries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and maintain process documentation.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales and marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Any graduate or postgraduate. MBA in Marketing, Retail, or a related specialization will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Basic to good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, prepare reports, and maintain records accurately.
- Communication: Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Other Skills: Strong coordination, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Ludhiana or willing to relocate.
