Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TPA Executive to manage hospital insurance desk operations, cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, and insurance claim processing. The candidate should have experience coordinating with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cashless hospitalization requests and insurance pre-authorization.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for approvals and claim settlements.
- Manage insurance documentation, claim submissions, and query resolution.
- Coordinate with the billing department for patient bills and discharge approvals.
- Follow up on pending claims, rejected claims, and outstanding approvals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of insurance cases.
- Assist patients and their families with insurance-related queries.
- Maintain records of insurance cases and daily TPA activities.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any stream; healthcare or insurance-related qualifications preferred.
- Relevant experience in hospital TPA/insurance desk operations.
- Knowledge of cashless claims, pre-authorization, and reimbursement processes.
- Experience with insurance company and TPA portals.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Relevant hospital TPA experience preferred.
- Location: Must be comfortable working at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
- Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
