Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented TIG Welder to perform high-quality welding and fabrication work on metal components and structures. The ideal candidate should have experience in TIG welding techniques, knowledge of welding drawings, and the ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.

- Set up welding machines, select appropriate welding parameters, and prepare materials.

- Inspect welded joints for accuracy, strength, finish, and defects.

- Carry out welding, fabrication, fitting, and repair work as required.

- Maintain dimensional accuracy and ensure work meets quality standards.

- Follow welding procedures, production schedules, and workplace safety guidelines.

- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workstations in good condition.

- Coordinate with supervisors, fitters, and quality control personnel.

- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in TIG welding.

- Knowledge of stainless steel, mild steel,



and other applicable materials.

- Ability to read technical drawings and understand welding symbols.

- Knowledge of welding machines, filler rods, shielding gases, and welding parameters.

- Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

- Ability to identify and correct common welding defects.

- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in precision welding and fabrication.

- Familiarity with welding quality standards and inspection procedures.

- TIG welding certification or relevant trade qualification.

- Experience working with thin-gauge materials, pipes, or stainless steel components.

Working Conditions

- Work in a fabrication workshop, manufacturing facility, or industrial site.

- Standing for extended periods and handling welding equipment.

- Compliance with company safety, quality, and production requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
