Role Description The Third-Party Risk Management PMO role is a full-time, remote position or NCR preferred role for our US based client. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of TPRM initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational risk, compliance, and business objectives.

Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, tracking budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of standardized PMO processes for third-party risk programs. The role also requires monitoring program performance, preparing status reports and presentations for stakeholders,



and supporting continuous improvement of methodologies and tools within the TPRM ecosystem. Collaboration with risk, compliance, security, procurement, and technology teams is key to ensuring consistent governance and effective third-party oversight.

Qualifications

- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee multiple TPRM initiatives.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess third-party risk metrics, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and present program updates clearly.
- Experience with Budgeting to manage project financials and optimize resource allocation.
- Knowledge of third-party risk management, data privacy, information security, or compliance frameworks.
- Experience working within a PMO or structured project governance setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, information security, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CIPP, CRISC) are an advantage.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a fast-paced, evolving risk and compliance landscape.
