Role & responsibilities

- Handle purchase tendering activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.

- Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications.

- Prepare and compile tender submissions, quotations, and supporting documents within specified deadlines.

- Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers, compare prices, and prepare comparative statements.

- Coordinate with the project, design, estimation, and accounts teams for tender requirements.

- Identify suitable vendors and subcontractors for materials, services, and project execution.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.

- Maintain records of tenders, quotations, vendor details and related documentation.





- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in purchase, procurement, or tendering in the commercial interior fit-out industry only .

- Knowledge of BOQs, vendor management, rate analysis, and tender documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

- Positive negotiation, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders and purchase requirements within deadlines.
