- Eligibility: Candidates without relevant IT services tendering experience will not be considered.

We are looking for a Tender Executive with prior hands-on experience in handling IT services tenders. The candidate should be capable of identifying suitable tenders, reviewing eligibility criteria, preparing tender documents, managing technical and commercial bids, and submitting bids within deadlines.

Experience with GeM and other government or private e-tendering portals will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant IT services tenders on government portals, including GeM and other e-tendering platforms.

- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, scope of work, and submission requirements.





- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids for web development, software development, website maintenance, application development, and other IT services.

- Prepare and compile tender-related documents, including technical proposals, company credentials, experience certificates, financial documents, declarations, and compliance sheets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect the required documents and technical inputs.

- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

- Maintain a record of submitted tenders, upcoming opportunities, results, and follow-ups.

- Monitor tender corrigenda, pre-bid queries, and updates on relevant portals.

Note: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT services tendering is compulsory. The salary will be decided based on the candidates experience, skills, expertise, and overall potential, up to 30,000 per month.
