Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with a strong background in government tendering. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from tender identification and document preparation to bid submission and post-bid follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and monitor tenders published by NHAI, MoRTH, MPRDC, MPIDC, PWD, and other government authorities.
- Review RFPs, eligibility criteria, tender conditions, and bid submission requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and verify technical and financial bid documents.
- Handle online bid submission through government e-tendering portals.
- Coordinate with accounts, finance, estimation, and project teams for tender-related documentation.
- Manage EMD, Bank Guarantees (BGs), Additional Performance Security (APS), extensions, and releases.
- Track tender results, bid openings, evaluation status,



and LOA issuance.
- Maintain tender trackers, records, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate bid submission and complete post-bid follow-up.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in infrastructure, road/highway EPC, or HAM projects.
- Hands-on experience with government e-tendering portals and tender documentation.
- Valuable knowledge of RFPs, EMD, BG, APS, and bid security requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with practical experience in handling end-to-end government tenders for infrastructure and highway construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
