About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including GeM portal operations, bid preparation, submission, Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) documentation, and coordination with government departments and other organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated deadlines.
- Prepare and coordinate Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAFs) and obtain necessary authorizations from manufacturers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to collect quotations, certificates, declarations, and compliance documents.
- Manage EMD, bid fees, corrigenda, reverse auctions, and other tender-related requirements.
- Track tender status,



results, purchase orders, and post-award documentation.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.

Requirements

- 2 - 3 years of experience in tender management, with hands-on experience operating the GeM portal.
- Good understanding of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Experience in preparing MAFs, technical compliance sheets, and supporting bid documents.
- Ability to independently manage tender preparation and submission.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with electronics, IT hardware, surveying equipment, or government/PSU tenders will be an advantage.
