Tender Executive — GeM, e-Procurement & Bid Management

- Experience: 3-5 years

- Qualification: Any Graduate (Engineering/Commerce preferred)

- About the Role: Tendering is the front door of our order book. We are hiring two Tender Executives to identify, prepare and submit bids on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals and coal/mineral PSU platforms accurately and always before deadline.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Track and identify relevant tenders daily on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, SECL/CIL/NMDC and private client platforms.

- Study tender documents in detail and prepare eligibility, scope, BOQ and compliance summaries for management review.

- Compile and submit complete technical and financial bids within deadline, ensuring zero rejection on documentation grounds.

- Manage EMD, bid security, tender fees, bank guarantees and their timely release and renewal.

- Maintain and keep current the company's tender document library - registrations, licences, GST, PF/ESI, ISO, turnover certificates, work orders, completion certificates and experience records.





- Manage Digital Signature Certificates and portal registrations for all relevant platforms.

- Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Technical teams for costing inputs and bid approvals.

- Track bid outcomes, maintain the win/loss register, conduct post-bid analysis and follow up on award, LOI and agreement execution.

- Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with GeM and government e-procurement portals (this is a screening requirement).

- Meticulous document control and deadline discipline.

- Strong Excel and PDF/document preparation skills.

- Understanding of EMD, PBG, bank guarantees and bid conditions.

- Preferred:

- Tendering experience in mining, civil, infrastructure or heavy contracting.

- Exposure to coal PSU / mineral corporation tenders.
