Job Title: Tender Executive / Tender Intern – IT Procurement & GeM

We are looking for an honest, hardworking and resourceful candidate to support tender submissions, IT product sourcing and procurement coordination. The ideal candidate should take ownership, communicate well and manage deadlines with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant tenders on GeM and other government and private procurement portals.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and submission deadlines.
- Prepare tender documents, BOQs, compliance sheets, quotations and supporting paperwork.
- Manage online bid submissions, document uploads, clarifications and follow-ups.
- Source IT hardware, software and related products; obtain vendor quotations and compare specifications, pricing, warranties and delivery timelines.
- Upload and update product listings, specifications, pricing and supporting documents on GeM and other portals.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, write professional emails and research products, vendors, clients and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, purchase orders and client communications.
- Attend client meetings and travel when required.



Additional payment will be provided for such assignments, as agreed.

Required Skills and Experience

- Must have hands-on experience executing at least 10 tender submissions, preferably in the IT sector.
- Practical knowledge of GeM and other tender portals, including product uploads and bid submission.
- Ability to prepare and review BOQs and understand IT product specifications.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Robust email writing, online research, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Honest, dependable and hardworking, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Additional Advantages

- Knowledge of Tally, basic accounting, invoicing and purchase documentation.
- Familiarity with Canva for presentations and marketing material.
- Educational background in IT, computer science, commerce or a related field.
