Job Summary The Tendering Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines. The role involves handling government and private tenders, maintaining documentation, and supporting business growth through successful bid management.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, technical, and legal teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, approvals, and contracts.




- Handle online tender submissions through portals such as GeM, e-procurement, etc.
- Follow up on tender status, bid results, and clarifications.
- Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of tendering procedures and regulations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of tendering and bid management processes.
- Familiarity with government tender portals and e-tendering systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Positive analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in tendering/bid management (industry-specific if needed).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with GeM portal and e-procurement systems.
- Knowledge of contract management and commercial terms.
