About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bid Executive to join our growth team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end identification, preparation, documentation, and submission of government and PSU tenders across portals such as GeM, CPPP, IREPS, and State e-Procurement platforms .

If you have hands-on experience navigating e-procurement portals, managing EMDs/Bank Guarantees, assembling BOQs, and keeping track of bidding deadlines, this is an exciting opportunity to scale your career in a high-growth deep-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Opportunity Tracking





- Daily monitoring and tracking of relevant e-tenders across GeM, CPPP, IREPS , State procurement portals, and PSU platforms.
- Maintain a structured internal tracker for upcoming, ongoing, and submitted bids (deadlines, bid status, EMDs, technical/commercial openings, and results).
- Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, clarifications, and extension notifications.

2. Document Review & Compliance

- Carefully review Tender Documents, NITs, RFPs, RFQs, Scope of Work (SoW), and BOQs.
- Check eligibility criteria including turnover requirements, past performance, certifications, and technical compliance.
- Assist leadership in preliminary Go / No-Go analysis based on qualification criteria and strategic fit.

3. Bid Preparation & Submission

- Prepare complete technical and commercial tender upload packages in line with tender instructions.
- Draft standard tender documentation: compliance statements, experience certificates, declarations, affidavits, and technical datasheets.
- Coordinate timely arrangement of EMDs, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Demand Drafts (DDs) with finance/accounts.
- Execute error-free online bid uploads, validate Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), and archive submission acknowledgments.

4. Portal Management & Coordination

- Manage seller onboarding, vendor registration,



product/service cataloging, and empanelment on GeM and other portal databases.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather required technical and commercial inputs.
- Assist in tracking pre-bid meetings, drafting clarification queries, and monitoring post-bid evaluations, price openings, and reverse auctions.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience handling government tenders/bids. (Freshers with relevant internship experience on GeM/CPPP are also encouraged to apply).
- Portal Expertise: Strong working familiarity with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal) is mandatory . Familiarity with IREPS or state e-procurement portals is a strong plus.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF tools, and Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) handling.
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strict compliance mindset, deadline-driven execution, and strong follow-up skills.
- Education: Graduate degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Engineering or relevant fields).
