Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

- To review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
- Floating Inquiries to obtain the comparative pricing for the BOQ line items to compile the tender pricings.
- Obtain quotation using specified requirements.
- Review tender documents & enquires.
- Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
- Updating the Submitted tender list.
- Detail study of Electrical Tender documents, i.e. BOQ, Make List, Payment terms, Scope of work, Completion period etc.
- Preparing techno-commercial query by carefully reading bill of materials,



drawings & techno-commercial specification received from consultant and get it clarified before submission of bid
- Detail study of the technical details in tender document and tender drawings received from the client or consultants.
- Verifying and comparing the offers received from vendors with that mentioned in the specifications.
- Staying abreast of the recent development or changes in the market cost of materials.
- To develop a surplus database of vendors by constantly searching for recent options via internet and at the same time maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing ones.
- Preparing Comparative Statement.

Desired Candidate:

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should posses sound trade knowledge & appropriate skills for timely accomplishment of the task.
- Able to work individually and in a team under the critical circumstances.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures.
