The Healthcare Telecaller is responsible for managing patient communication, handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, conducting patient follow-ups, and addressing healthcare-related queries. The role involves coordinating with various hospital departments to ensure effective communication, smooth patient service delivery, and a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Responsibilites

- Patient Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls to provide patients with relevant information regarding hospital services, appointments, and healthcare-related queries.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Patient Follow-Ups: Contact patients for appointment reminders, consultations, diagnostic services, and follow-up visits as required.
- Query Resolution: Address patient queries professionally and coordinate with the relevant hospital departments for further assistance.
- Patient Coordination: Guide patients regarding consultation procedures, hospital services, and other relevant healthcare information.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate patient call records, appointment details,



follow-up status, and communication logs.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, front office staff, billing teams, and other departments to ensure smooth patient communication and service delivery.
- Emergency/Critical Support: Responding to urgent patient needs and escalating as necessary, sometimes acting as an in office point person.
- Shift Handovers: Taking detailed handovers from the previous shift and preparing for the next.

Skill Required

Essential Skills

- Excellent communication and active listening.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with hospital systems and medical terminology (beneficial).
- Languages : English,Kannada,Tamil,Telugu and Hindi
