Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients via phone and digital channels to promote Kheewa’s consulting and promotion services. In this role, the representative will conduct outbound and inbound calls, explain service offerings, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, following up on leads,
and coordinating with the business development team to support ongoing client relationships.
The representative will address customer inquiries, provide clear information about solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Training skills to resolve inquiries, guide clients on services, and assist in onboarding.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage telesales campaigns, convert leads, and meet or exceed defined targets.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
- Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or business development support is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and common office productivity tools.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
