Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Explain wildlife safari bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages. Convert customer inquiries into successful bookings. Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain customer records and daily sales reports. Achieve monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service.
