Tech Earth Global Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Tele sales– Sales to lead our sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in sales with lead Generation and performance marketing , preferably in IT, digital solutions, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and capability to achieve monthly targets. Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Individual performance and prepare sales reports. Develop new B2B clients and maintain robust client relationships.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up activities.

Preferred IT Sales Experience Candidates with experience in selling/promoting any of the following will be preferred:



Website Development & Web Solutions Digital Marketing B2B Sales ERP Solutions SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SMO (Social Media Optimization) SaaS / Software Solutions IT Products & Services Required Skills Strong sales and business development skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Lead generation and conversion Client relationship management Target-oriented approach Strong follow-up and closing skills Eligibility Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.

2–5 years of sales experience with relevant industry .

Experience in IT Sales / Digital Marketing / Website / ERP / SEO / SMO / SaaS / B2B Sales preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working with sales targets .

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
