About the Role Placement Point Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves outbound calling, explaining IT training courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain IT training courses and services clearly to customers. Convert enquiries into admissions and clients through effective sales communication. Follow up with interested candidates and clients regularly. Build and maintain robust customer relationships.



Handle customer queries professionally and provide the right guidance. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development. Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory). Basic to good communication skills in English.
