Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Pune – Viman Nagar

Employment: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Training: 10 Days (Candidates will be onboarded after successful certification)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Onboarding Officer to counsel potential investors over the phone and generate sales by promoting the organization’s advisory and investment-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls daily with 3–5 hours of talk time.

Sell equity-based products/services over the phone from initial interaction to closure.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable investment plan information.

Counsel interested customers and address their queries professionally.

Convert prospects into clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.





Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

6+ months of BPO/Outbound Sales experience in a target-driven environment.

Excellent English communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

English and Hindi are compulsory.

Additional languages preferred: Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali.

Strong sales and convincing abilities.

Good problem-solving skills and customer-handling approach.

Basic mathematical/calculation skills.

Age: Up to 35 years.

Candidates should be confident, energetic, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
