We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services to potential customers, and converting prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Explain company products or services and highlight their benefits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-driven approach.
- Previous experience in telesales in real estate , telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Experience Experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling or Sales is an added advantage.
Education Qualification
Any Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication skills.
