Compensation

- Fixed Stipend: ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 / month - High Commissions: ₹1,000 - ₹2,500 per closed institute subscription student package margins.
- Earning Potential: Target-driven reps can earn ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 monthly.

- Conduct quick 10-minute online product walkthroughs or schedule Patna office visits for hot leads.
- Follow up systematically and close subscriptions to meet weekly targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven outbound calling, telesales, or EdTech sales experience.
- Fluent Hindi & persuasive communication skills (convincing Bihari/regional dialect rapport is an advantage).
- Must own an active Smartphone, Laptop/PC, and reliable internet connection (if WFH).
- Target-driven attitude looking for high variable earnings rather than a passive desk job.
