Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, location advantages and investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on their preferences and budget.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records and follow-up details in the CRM or reporting system.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation objectives.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Good listening, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility
- Any graduate may apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Candidates interested in real estate sales and customer interaction are preferred.
